Job Description Job Title: UI Designer Experience: 4+ Years Location: Remote Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer experienced in building scalable, consistent design systems using Figma. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Figma variables, token libraries, and component management to ensure design consistency across products. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Create, maintain, and optimize Figma design systems, including variables, token libraries, and reusable components. - Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces. - Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and alignment with brand guidelines. - Build scalable design frameworks to support multiple themes, layouts, and devices. - Conduct UI reviews and propose design improvements for better usability and aesthetics. - Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and practices in UI and design system management. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Figma, including variables, token libraries, and auto-layouts. - Strong understanding of Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Style Guides. - Experience in working with Design Tokens for color, typography, spacing, and component states. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Product). - Excellent visual design sense with strong attention to detail. - Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus.
