While Futurense has four key verticals, this role will be primarily focused on Futurense Global Pathwaysdriving partnerships and expanding our agent and counselor network across India.

The Opportunity: Build & Own Our Study Abroad Agent Network

We are looking for a high-impact leader to build and manage pan-India relationships with study abroad agents and counselors. This is not a typical sales roleit is a foundational leadership position, responsible for setting up and scaling the entire agent-led channel sales ecosystem for our study abroad vertical.

Directly reports to the Founder & CEO Shape strategy, own execution, and drive results with leadership exposure.

Lead a nationwide channel sales function Take charge of study abroad agent relationships across India and be the face of Futurense Global Pathways in this ecosystem.

Build and scale a team You wont just manage accountsyoull design and lead the agent network expansion strategy, with the ability to hire and mentor a team.

Work at the intersection of AI, education, and global mobility Youll help Indian students access top-tier international education at half the cost.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Development & Agent Management

- Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with study abroad agents and counselors across India.
- Develop structured engagement programs to educate agents on Futurenses Global Pathways and university partnerships.
- Ensure consistent pipeline management, tracking agent activity, leads, and student conversions.
- Act as the sole point of contact for all agents, providing guidance, support, and real-time updates.

Sales & Business Growth

- Own and drive enrollment targets through the agent and counselor network.
- Work closely with marketing to develop sales collateral, agent toolkits, and training materials.
- Optimize and refine the agent incentive structure to boost lead generation and conversions.
- Identify new growth opportunities in untapped geographies and expand agent outreach

Leadership & Strategy

- Be the architect of Futurenses study abroad channel sales strategyfrom agent acquisition to student enrollment success.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine our value proposition for agents.
- Work closely with universities and internal stakeholders to align offerings with market demand.
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performance team as the agent network scales.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Develop real-time dashboards to track agent performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Provide weekly reports to leadership with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Use data-driven decision-making to enhance sales efficiency and improve student success rates.
