Role: Senior Business Analyst Exp: 6+years Location: Cochin/ Remote Immediate Joiners only Business Analyst / Technical Analyst – Job Description Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders. - Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases. - Create process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow charts, and SOPs. - Support the Solution Architect with feasibility analysis and functional/technical clarification. - Collaborate with Google Workspace teams (Sheets, Forms, Drive, Gmail) and assist developers with logic, rules, and edge cases. - Perform preliminary testing, validate results with users, and support UAT. - Maintain documentation repositories and track issues, dependencies, and risks. - Act as the bridge between business and technical teams. Must-Have Skills - 3–8 years as Business Analyst or Technical Analyst. - Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets formulas, App Script basics preferred). - Ability to write user stories, workflows, test cases, and requirement documents. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical/problem-solving ability.
