Accounts & Admin Manager – Immediate Joiner

About the Role:
Vridhii is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Manager  to oversee accounts, compliance, payroll, and office administration across our businesses — including a digital marketing agency, a cloud kitchen brand, and an online mental health platform.

Salary : ₹30,000 per month
Joining Date : Immediate
Location : Sainikpuri, Hyderabad (on-site role)
Languages : Must be fluent in  English, Hindi, and Telugu

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day accounting using  Tally / Zoho Books
Handle GST, TDS, and ROC filings  with CAs/auditors
Oversee  payroll, vendor payments, and client invoicing
Maintain accurate financial records and monthly reports
Ensure compliance with all statutory and audit requirements
Support office administration and HR coordination

What We’re Looking For

6–7 years’ experience in  finance, accounts, and admin
Strong knowledge of GST, ROC, TDS, PF/ESI, and payroll
Hands-on with Tally / Zoho Books, Excel, and reporting tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
CA Inter (preferred)  or B.Com/Accounting degree
