It has been more than 60 years since SYSTRA has garnered expertise that spans the entire spectrum of Mass Rapid Transit System SYSTRA India s valuable presence in India roots back to 1957 where SYSTRA worked on the electrification of Indian Railways Our technical excellence holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency Understand better who we are by visiting www systra in Context Our unique expertise is backed with a reputation built through technical excellence delivered on projects Our fully integrated services are tailored to plan and manage projects using proven best practices The Design Build International Finance Directorate and the IT Finance department at Group level have deployed a series of finance solutions for the area Those solutions consist of the group ERP called SPOT for some entities local accounting software on each branch some BI report and a cash forecast solution Systra Group is implementing a digital transformation program that includes the green field implementation of the IFSCloud solution Currently the finance users from Design Build International Finance Directorate are working on this program and other deployments evolution and maintenance projects of these finance solutions user assistance and support of applications At group level the IT Finance department is focused on group common needs of finance solution and tries to answer local needs As the needs are growing it becomes necessary to have a regional finance IT Business Associate to assist our IT Business Lead to manage the solutions the area as a strong link with the IT Finance Department We are seeking applications for the position of IT Finance Support Analyst for our Noida Location Missions Main Duties The IT Finance Support Analyst will report hierarchically to the IT Business Lead both working for the CFO of the Design Build International Finance Directorate and functionally to the IT Finance director at group level The scope of entities to cover Middle East and India He She will address the works related to various IT Finance projects and support for end users on applications His her competencies in finance or in IT projects will be useful to better understand finance needs and realize the following missions Finance solutions Project Collect and define local finance needs of finance solutions Coordinate with group IT Finance solution for any opportunity and feasibility studies of the solution Follow group process in terms of stage gates milestones process to deploy for IT solution Formalize the requirements for the change requests to discuss with group IT teams Finance solution and BI solution Document user manuals create user acceptance testing scenarios and manage process workflows Coordinate the tests and assist users on the test for the new features or new solutions implemented Train the local users to use the news features or the new solutions implemented Collect the bugs and follow-up with group IT teams for their resolution Ensure that the use of the IFS system complies with internal policies procedures and external regulations User assistance and support Provide support for finance-related tasks and ERP system issues Conduct training sessions for users on ERP functionalities and updates Profile Skills OFILE NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 3-4 years of experiences in either finance roles or ERP SUPPORT TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Qualification in Finance Accounting or Business Administration ERP certification preferred Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Knowledge of business processes particularly in finance and project management Understanding of ERP implementation methodology well versed in documentation including functional specifications user manuals and UAT scenarios proficiency in Advanced MS Excel Familiarity with IFS accounting software or other ERP systems is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team PERSONAL QUALITY Communication Coordination Well Organized Interpersonal skills Team working LANGUAGES English French would be an advantage We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure It s not a job - it s a career
