Job Description

We are seeking an Engineer / Sr. Engineer to perform tests on products and materials, including Vibration, IP, and ATEX, and to prepare comprehensive test reports. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining testing equipment, ensuring compliance with international standards, and communicating findings to internal teams and clients. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and 2-8 years of relevant experience in testing and quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Testing & Analysis: Perform tests such as Vibration, IP (Ingress Protection), ATEX, and other specified tests on products and materials. Record detailed test data, analyze the results, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
- Equipment & Maintenance: Operate and maintain testing equipment in adherence to safety protocols and calibration schedules. Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure all testing procedures comply with relevant national and international standards (ISO, IEC). Stay updated on changes in standards and implement necessary adjustments in testing protocols.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to enhance testing accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Participate in root cause analysis for any deviations or failures during testing.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of test setups, results, and observations. Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Skills Required

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field).
- For Testing Engineer: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- For Senior Testing Engineer: 5-8 years of relevant experience in testing and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in operating testing equipment for vibration, temperature, humidity, and high-voltage testing.
- Familiarity with IP, ATEX, and electrical safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in Quality Testing or Standards Compliance (ISO 9001, IEC 60529) are preferred but not required.
