Job Description We're looking for a Script Writer with a sharp storytelling instinct and a deep understanding of cinematic rhythm someone who can translate raw ideas into emotionally gripping screenplays that feel both human and visionary. What You'll Do - Conceptualize and develop original stories, screenplays, and dialogues for long-form series and films. - Adapt existing ideas, themes, or historical events into well-structured cinematic scripts with clear acts and character arcs. - Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to refine scripts through multiple drafts. - Conduct detailed research to ensure authenticity in settings, character motivations, and world-building. - Participate in writers rooms, creative discussions, and story development sessions. - Maintain consistent tone, pacing, and emotional rhythm across narratives. - Integrate creative feedback while preserving voice, vision, and artistic integrity. What We're Looking For - Proven experience in screenwriting or film writing (produced or commissioned work preferred). - Strong command of story structure, dialogue, and screenplay formatting. - Ability to write confidently across genres drama, thriller, historical, political, or sci-fi. - Deep understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic grammar. - Excellent research and communication skills. - Familiarity with screenwriting software (Final Draft, Celtx, WriterDuet, etc.). - Comfortable working under tight deadlines while collaborating across creative disciplines. Good to Have - Background in Film Studies, Literature, or Screenwriting. - Experience writing for digital content, series, or branded narratives. - Strong awareness of Indian and global storytelling trends.
