1 Financial Accounting Reporting Assist the Accounts Manager Head of Accounts in managing day-to-day accounting operations Prepare and maintain general ledger entries journal vouchers and reconciliations Support in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements 2 Accounts Payable Receivable Monitor vendor invoices payments and reconciliations Track customer invoices collections and outstanding balances Ensure timely follow-up for dues and maintain proper records 3 Budgeting Cost Control Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and variance reports Monitor departmental expenses and highlight deviations to management Support in cost analysis and expense optimization 4 Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST TDS and Income Tax Assist in filing tax returns and other statutory submissions Prepare necessary documents and schedules for internal and external audits 5 Payroll Employee Settlements Support payroll processing reimbursements and employee-related financial matters Maintain accurate records of salary disbursements deductions and statutory contributions PF ESI etc 6 Internal Controls Process Improvement Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal control systems Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data 7 Team Support Coordination Supervise junior accountants executives and support their daily tasks Coordinate with other departments for financial information and approvals Provide assistance to the Accounts Manager in decision-making by preparing reports and analysis 8 ERP Software Handling Enter and verify accounting data in ERP accounting software Generate MIS reports as required by management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Experience Accounting 2 years Preferred Auditing 2 years Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7511177339
