As an Educational Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the course selection process and assisting them in achieving their professional goals.Key Responsibilities:Course Consultation: Engage with prospective students through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to understand their educational and career aspirations. Provide detailed information about our US CPA, US CMA, and EA courses, highlighting their benefits and features.Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the appropriate course(s) that align with each student's objectives, background, and skillset.Sales Target Achievement: Utilize your strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our courses and guide potential students through the enrollment process. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with prospective and enrolled students. Address their queries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in the US CPA, US CMA, and EA fields, as well as any updates to our course offerings.
