Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the product strategy for enhancing our shopping experience in Quick Commerce. Your focus will be on improving product discovery, simplifying the checkout process, and personalizing customer interactions to create an unparalleled shopping experience. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and operations to build solutions that prioritize speed, convenience, and delight for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the roadmap for enhancing the shopping experience, focusing on personalization, ease of use, and faster transactions.
- Identify friction points in the current shopping journey and deliver features that reduce cart abandonment and increase conversion.
- Prioritize initiatives that create a frictionless, intuitive, and enjoyable shopping experience across mobile and web platforms.
- Use customer insights, analytics, and A/B testing to refine and optimize the shopping experience.
- Work cross-functionally with UX/UI, engineering, and data teams to quickly prototype and ship features that enhance shopping flows.
- Manage product launches, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams, with a focus on speed and quality.
- Monitor KPIs like conversion rates, time to checkout, and customer satisfaction to measure the success of new features.
- Leverage data and user feedback to drive iterative improvements in the shopping experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on e-commerce or digital shopping experiences.
- Proven ability to enhance the customer shopping journey, with a track record of measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and user satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and optimize the shopping experience.
- Experience in driving end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
