Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design scalable and robust software applications. . Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards. . Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions. . Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability, and maintaining high levels of system availability. . Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements. . Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the development process. . Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Requirements: .
