What You Will Be Doing

- Create and launch working AI prototypes within single-day timeframes that immediately automate critical business processes
- Take complete ownership of AI solutions across their entire lifecyclefrom conceptual design through deployment and performance monitoringworking autonomously without supervision
- Spearhead ongoing automation initiatives by discovering untapped opportunities and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to changing business requirements and technological capabilities

Senior AI Engineer Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement a revolutionary AI-powered ecosystem that transforms conventional marketing operations and community engagement platforms into intelligent, autonomous engines delivering tenfold business impact

Basic Requirements

- Demonstrated AI-First Approach (Note: If you primarily write code and then supplement with AI tools rather than leveraging AI as your foundational strategy, this role isn&apost aligned with your working style)
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience (must possess strong capabilities in both front-end interfaces and back-end systems)
- Proven track record integrating AI/LLMs (through APIs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation) into commercial applications
- Advanced expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience building resilient, scalable distributed systems
- Strategic understanding of LLM model selection criteria for diverse use cases and performance requirements
- Verifiable experience implementing and working with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) methodology

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
