Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Manage operational risk incidents, perform RCSA activities, and ensure timely issue resolution. - Support new client onboarding reviews and periodic reviews for existing client portfolios. - Develop and implement new operational controls to reduce risk exposure and enhance efficiency. - Handle and resolve queries related to Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across risk, operations, finance, and compliance to ensure process alignment and regulatory adherence. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. - Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are preferred. - 25 years of experience in operations, risk management, or financial control functions. - Strong understanding of Fixed Income, FX, or Commodities products and related trade workflows. - Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capability. - Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and ownership.
