Job Description Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant Location: Bangalore, India About The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central and Payroll modules, capable of handling implementation, support, operations, and maintenance activities. The candidate will work closely with business and HR teams to ensure smooth HR processes and system operations. Key Responsibilities - Implement, support, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules. - Participate in at least 3 end-to-end Employee Central projects, covering implementation, support, or rollout. - Provide technical and functional expertise to resolve system issues and improve HR processes. - Follow ITIL processes using ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology for delivery and process improvements. - Prepare documentation and support testing, deployments, and post-go-live operations. Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll. - Minimum 3 end-to-end projects experience in implementation, support, operations, or maintenance. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow. - Familiarity with Agile way of working. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
