The company consolidated its cloud, data, analytics, AI, and related businesses under the tech services business line. Major delivery centers in India, including cities like Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, kochi, kolkata, Noida. Job Title: SQL Database Administrator Location: Bengaluru Experience: 6+ Mode of Work : Hybrid Job Type : Contract to hire. Notice Period: Immediate joiners. Project Tenure: Long-term project Job Description: Hands-on Experience in SQL Server Database/Admin activities on Premise and cloud (Azure and AWS). Upgrade, Migration and Exporting data from SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016/2017/2019/2022 to latest versions On-Premises and Azure Cloud Migration/Consolidation of SQL DBA database from On-Premises to Cloud. Experience of configuring linked servers. SQL server installation experience and configuration of high availability features like Always on. Decommission of Database and Servers for SQL DBA. Experience in handling and supporting critical Databases. Experience with backup, restores and recovery models. Experience in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server. Experience in Database Replication, Always ON and Log Shipping. Expert in troubleshooting and debugging Database Performance issues as well as query tuning using various methodologies apart from implementing efficient SQL methodology. PowerShell and T-SQL experience to automate DBA activities.
