Professional Career Counselling - One-on-One Sessions: Personalised interaction to understand the student's interests, aptitude, and aspirations. - Psychometric Testing: Scientific assessment tools to evaluate personality traits, strengths, and weaknesses. - Stream & Subject Selection: Guidance for Class 10th and 12th students to choose the right academic path (Science, Commerce, Humanities, etc.). 2. Higher Education Consultancy (India) - Course Selection: Expert advice on trending and traditional courses across Engineering, Medicine, Management, Arts, and Law. - College Admissions: Assistance with navigating admission procedures, entrance exams, and college shortlisting across Kerala and India. 3. Overseas Education Guidance - Study Abroad Support: End-to-end assistance for students aspiring to study in countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and more. - Application Management: Help with SOP writing, university applications, and visa documentation. 4. Entrance Exam Support Information and guidance on major competitive exams (NEET, JEE, KEAM, CAT, CUET, etc.) and connection to reputable coaching resources. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor. The Career Counsellor will assist individuals with career planning and development, guide students through career decision-making, and provide resources to help them achieve their professional goals. The role involves conducting counselling sessions, identifying career opportunities, and supporting individuals in creating personalised career paths.
