Job Title: Graphic Designer – Social Media Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full Time Salary Range: Upto ₹30,000/- per month Overview Opvia.in is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience in social media design and management. The role involves creating visually engaging digital content, managing design schedules, and working closely with multiple clients across different industries to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent visuals. Key Responsibilities - Design engaging and impactful creatives, posts, stories, and ads for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. - Work with multiple clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and creative requirements. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute design concepts for campaigns and promotions. - Manage and schedule social media posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later. - Maintain consistent brand communication across all visuals and platforms. - Create short-form video content and motion graphics as needed. - Organize and maintain a design asset library for internal and client-specific projects. - Stay up to date with design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing best practices. Requirements - 3–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in social media or digital marketing. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and versatile social media designs. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva or Figma. - Experience working with different brands or clients simultaneously. - Knowledge and Experience of social media scheduling and management tools. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing for B2B or service-based industries. - Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge. - Understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement trends.
