Job Title Junior Accountant Location Illimoodu Thengana Changancherry Company Le Reve Homes About Us Le Reve Homes is a multidisciplinary firm specializing in Architecture Interior Design and Turnkey Construction Solutions We focus on creativity precision and delivering quality-driven projects We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage the company s financial operations and project-related accounts Role Overview The Junior Accountant will oversee all accounting activities including project cost tracking vendor billing and statutory compliance The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction or contracting accounting and be capable of independently handling GST filing and related documentation Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations bookkeeping and ledger maintenance Prepare and process vendor bills purchase orders and client invoices Manage project-wise costing budgeting and expense tracking Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records Handle GST filing TDS computation and other statutory returns Manage petty cash site-related expenses and reimbursements Coordinate with vendors clients and internal teams on payments and billing issues Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for management Support audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance Minimum 1 years of experience preferably in a construction or contracting firm Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and accounting software Strong understanding of GST TDS and project accounting Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines Preferred candidates located within a 30 km radius of Office Location Accommodation will not be provided by the company What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and performance Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to work with a reputed and growing design construction firm How to Apply Send your updated CV to info lerevehomes in with the subject line Application for Junior Accountant Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 per month Work Location In person
