Interior Site Manager 📍 Location: ECR, Akkarai 💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month About Us: Interior Point is a leading interior design and execution company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Interior Site Manager to oversee multiple interior sites and ensure timely, quality project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor daily site operations for interior projects. - Supervise and guide site supervisors, ensuring efficient workforce handling. - Travel regularly to project sites for inspections and coordination. - Ensure all works are executed as per design, drawings, and specifications. - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for smooth workflow. - Verify site measurements, material usage, and vendor bills. - Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards. - Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to management. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture. - 4–8 years of experience in interior site management or fit-out execution. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site operations. - Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple sites.
