Job Accountant Location Rourkela Job Timing 10am - 8pm Job Summary The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations This role requires a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Key Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping Maintain and update financial records including ledgers journals and bank statements Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Financial Reporting Prepare financial statements reports and summaries in accordance with accounting principles Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis Tax Compliance Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations Assist with tax audits and provide necessary documentation Internal Controls Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation Accounts Payable and Receivable Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including invoicing and payment processing Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and collection from customers Expense Management Review and process expense reports Monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints Financial Analysis Analyze financial data to identify trends discrepancies and areas for improvement Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to support business decisions Compliance and Best Practices Stay updated on accounting standards regulations and best practices Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements Communication and Collaboration Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ROURKELA SALARY RANGE 15K -25K AS PER EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE MIN 3 -8 YRS ROLES AND RESPONSIBITIES GST FILLING GST RETURN FILLING IT RETURN BALANCE SHEET TDS TCS AUDIT ESI EPEF ACCOUNTS Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 3 years Preferred Tally 3 years Preferred total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
