Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Pune. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffee and tea, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing inventory, and assisting with food preparation tasks as needed. Additionally, the Barista will engage with customers to provide excellent service and maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Qualifications - Skills in Barista operations and Food Preparation - Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills - Customer Service skills - Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
