Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Manager based in Delhi, India. The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive business growth and brand visibility. Key tasks include creating advertising strategies, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. The candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align ads with overall marketing strategies. Qualifications - Strong communication skills to share insights, collaborate across teams, and interact with clients effectively - Proficiency in sales and marketing, with a focus on performance-driven advertising strategies - Experience in advertising and project management to build, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns - Analytical and data interpretation skills to assess campaign performance and ROI - Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and advertising tools preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Previous experience in digital advertising, particularly within the beauty or lifestyle industry, is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
