Located in Delhi, India, MN Energy also conducts site audits pre and post installation to ensure adherence to international and national standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our solar power solutions, and setting up appointments for further discussions. Other duties include answering customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical details in simple terms
- Experience in customer service or telemarketing
- Proficiency in using CRM software and database management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus
