Job Description Key Responsibilities Required Qualifications - Experience: 1012 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Analysis, or Business Analysis, with at least 5 years specifically as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Strategic Product Ownership & Vision - Own and manage the product backlog, including creation, refinement, prioritization, and communicating the product vision to the Scrum team and stakeholders. - Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end-users, and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals and scope. - Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria and ensure they align with the overarching product goals and strategic roadmap. - Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the Product Roadmap and long-term vision. - Customer Journey Mapping & UX Specialization - Lead and facilitate customer journey mapping workshops to thoroughly analyze and document end-to-end user experiences, identifying pain points, moments of truth, and opportunities for digital enhancement. - Journey Mapping Mastery: Demonstrable, hands-on experience in leading, designing, and utilizing customer journey maps and service blueprints to drive product strategy. - UX/UI Acumen: Strong foundational knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies. - Technical Fluency: Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
