Job Description

- Productivity and Efficiency: Drive initiatives to improve productivity yield, machine uptime, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Quality Management: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure fabricated products meet consumer electronics hardware standards.
- Safety Management*: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Metrology and Inspection: Oversee metrology and inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and quality to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.
