Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential business clients through online research, referrals, networking events, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Qualify leads by understanding their business model, current challenges, and purchasing capacity. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly. 2. Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) with key decision-makers such as Procurement Heads, Business Owners, or CXOs. Deliver product/service presentations tailored to each prospect’s business needs. Build trust and credibility through product knowledge and market understanding. 3. Solution Selling: Understand the client’s pain points and position the company’s offerings as solutions. Customize proposals, quotations, and demos based on business requirements. Collaborate with technical or product teams (if required) for advanced demonstrations or customizations. 4. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements while maintaining company profitability. Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables. Close deals within the expected timeline and ensure proper handover to operations or onboarding teams. 5. Account Management (for Managers): Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and client feedback. 6. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, revenue targets, and status reports. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management. Analyze win-loss trends to improve performance and strategy. Required Skills & Competencies: Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and client onboarding. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional regional or foreign languages are a plus. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trust and manage professional relationships over time. Negotiation: Confidence and strategy in pricing discussions, proposal delivery, and finalizing contracts. Presentation Skills: Ability to present value propositions clearly using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or sales platforms. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), Excel, and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Time Management: Ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, and reporting efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
