Internship Overview: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to join our Pune team. This internship offers real-world exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR. The internship is for 3 months (unpaid) with the potential for a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination - Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for talent sourcing - Maintain and update internal candidate databases - Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams - Support in creating job descriptions and posting job ads - Assist in onboarding and other HR administrative tasks - Participate in team meetings and recruitment strategy discussions What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Management, or a related field - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Good organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research - Availability to work from our Pune office (onsite) for the full internship duration What You'll Gain: - 3-month hands-on HR internship experience - Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation - Professional development and mentorship from experienced recruiters - Opportunity to secure a permanent position at MatchLab Talent
