Job Description Candidate required 9 to 15 years of experience of TT/PE (BE Chemical) in any API company. Position would be Associate Manager / Manager & job location will be Ankleshwar. About the Role The role involves overseeing technology transfer activities and managing the Technology. Transfer team at the Ankleshwar location. Responsibilities - Technology transfer activity End to End, lead role for Ankleshwar location. - Site transfer and Block transfer activities for Ankleshwar location. - Managing Tech. Transfer and Process Engg (TT and PE) team. - Ensure for smooth technology transfer from Research and development to plant with minimum concerns w.r.t. scale-up. - Coordination with desired stakeholders for getting timely execution of plant validation campaign. - Smooth planning of lab demo and detailed studies on negative experiments, holding studies, identifying process criticalities, etc. w.r.t. Scale-up. - Freezing lab process w.r.t. Scale-up to avoid deviations at plant. - To manage for making EHS friendly process. - Detailed discussion and finalizing the process for all site transfer molecules. - Coordinate with team for equipment mapping at plant for new and site transfer molecules. - Planning, coordination, and effective communication for Execution of trial and validation batches at plant. - Exploring of new technologies and its implementation at plant. - Managing of smoothly performing related EHS studies including HAZOP and HAZAN studies for new / site transfer projects. Qualifications Education details: BE Chemical Required Skills 9 to 15 years of experience in TT/PE in API establishment. Preferred Skills Experience in managing technology transfer and process engineering teams.
