Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc. Vision: The Immersive & Interactive Layer for Every Screen & Surface Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments-turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million. The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in Key Focus Areas: Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement. Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations. Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out. About the role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Compositor cum Motion Designer who can lead complex compositing tasks, craft high-impact visuals, and elevate video output with cinematic motion design. You will be the go-to expert for combining CG, live-action, MR elements, and VFX layers into seamless, polished final frames. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical precision, visual storytelling, and pushing creative boundaries. What you will do - Execute complex compositing for films, commercials, MR assets, and high-end visual content. - Integrate live-action footage, 3D renders, CG passes, green-screen keys, roto, tracking, cleanup, and matte painting elements. - Ensure realistic lighting, shadows, reflections, and depth to create photoreal composites. - Work with multi-layered EXRs, render passes, and multi-software pipelines. - Manage color matching, grain, blending, and shot continuity across sequences. - Collaborate with 3D, motion, and post teams to achieve seamless integration. Motion Design: - Create 2D/3D motion graphics, transitions, and UI elements based on project needs. - Develop design-driven animation sequences for products, MR experiences, explainers, and brand campaigns. - Work from concept to storyboard to polished final animations. - Apply strong design sense in layout, pacing, timing, typography, and visual flow. What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of professional experience in compositing and motion design. - Expert in Adobe After Effects, Nuke (preferred), or Fusion for high-end compositing. - Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya for integrating CG elements. - Skilled in matchmoving, rotoscope, keying, cleanup, tracking, and multi-pass compositing. - Strong grasp of visual aesthetics, color, pacing, and storytelling. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver consistently high-quality output under deadlines. - Understanding of video formats, render workflows, codecs, and optimized delivery. Why You'll Love Working With Us: - Experience working on Mixed Reality / AR content, especially compositing MR layers into real environments. - Exposure to government campaigns / public sector projects with sensitivity to cultural and regional aesthetics. - Knowledge of sound design basics and post-production pipelines. - Ability to mentor junior designers in compositing and motion design processes.
