Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with team members to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Strategy
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Sales Analytics
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work
- Excellent Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Education or E-Learning industry is a plus
