Job Summary: The HR GOC Specialist is responsible for managing HR transactions and supporting various HR processes
.
Key Responsibilities but not limited t0
- Process HR transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems.
- Document the processes and keep them updated.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes
- Manage employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR records and ensure data confidentiality
- Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions
- Provide insights and reports on HR metrics to support decision-making
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration is preferred.
- Min 3 years of experience in related role.
- Ability to speak and write in English
Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure to drive results.
- Experience with case management tools.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Flexible to work in night shifts
