Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for a Medical Representative to operate in North India, managing field activities while staying closely connected with the coordination team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who understands the rhythm of doctor visits, chemist calls, and territory management.

You'll be the face of our pharmaceutical division to doctors, stockists, and pharmacies, ensuring consistent communication, support, and follow-ups. If you're someone who knows how to break the ice with a busy doctor, can keep track of targets without needing daily reminders, and understands that success is often a matter of follow-up timing, you'll feel right at home. While field travel is necessary, all coordination, reporting, and communication can be done remotely with support from the central team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet doctors, pharmacists, and stockists in assigned territory regularly

• Promote assigned products and share relevant scientific information

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals

• Ensure proper visibility of products at pharmacy counters

• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor territory performance

• Manage order flow, collections, and stock availability

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the head office

• Participate in CMEs, promotional events, and product awareness drives

• Maintain records, call reports, and sample distribution logs

• Coordinate remotely with team leads for daily planning and reporting

Primary Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build trust and maintain professional rapport with doctors and chemists

• Good understanding of pharmaceutical product detailing and positioning

• Familiarity with the regional market dynamics in North India

• Ability to manage targets, time, and travel efficiently

• Proficiency in using mobile-based reporting tools and basic apps

• Willingness to travel within the territory as required

Qualification:

• Graduate degree in science, pharmacy, or any related discipline

• Non-science graduates with strong field experience may also apply

Experience:

• 2–5 years of field experience in pharmaceutical product promotion
