Job Title Marketing cum Digital Marketing Executive Company Xtrawrkx Industry Electric Vehicles | Automobile OEMs | Defence | Aerospace | Drones | Startups & Manufacturing Location (Remote) Travel: Optional (for events across India) Job Description Xtrawrkx is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing cum Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for digital promotion and marketing of Xtrawrkx-organized events, services, and industry initiatives across multiple online platforms. The role focuses on event marketing, social media promotion, newsletter creation, and direct communication with startups and companies from Electric Vehicles, OEMs, Defence, Aerospace, and Drone domains. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Event Promotion - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for Xtrawrkx events throughout the year - Promote events and company initiatives across LinkedIn (mandatory), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - Create event-based content such as posts, banners, videos, reels, and countdown campaigns - Ensure strong online visibility and engagement for each event Social Media Management - Manage and grow Xtrawrkx's LinkedIn presence (primary platform) - Handle content scheduling, posting, and engagement across all social platforms - Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional creatives Newsletter & Marketing Collateral - Draft, design, and distribute newsletters for multiple events and initiatives - Prepare email campaigns, invitations, follow-ups, and promotional communication - Create marketing materials such as event brochures, pitch decks, digital flyers, and announcements Event Communication & Coordination - Communicate with startups and companies participating in Xtrawrkx events - During events, interact with representatives from: - Electric Vehicle companies - OEMs & Manufacturing firms - Defence & Aerospace organizations - Drone & UAV-based startups - Explain Xtrawrkx services and value proposition in areas such as: - Fundraising support - Dealership & channel development - Manufacturing & business growth services On-Ground Event Support (Optional) - Travel to multiple cities where Xtrawrkx events are organized (optional) - Support on-ground marketing, networking, and event communication Skills & Requirements Must-Have - Strong experience with LinkedIn marketing (mandatory) - Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing - Experience in event promotion and digital campaigns - Ability to draft newsletters and marketing communication - Good communication and presentation skills Preferred - Experience in startup ecosystem, EV, OEM, Defence, Aerospace, or Drone industries - Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic design tools (Canva, etc.) - Willingness to interact with founders, CXOs, and business leaders Why Join Xtrawrkx - Work closely with startups, OEMs, and high-growth technology companies - Exposure to EV, Defence, Aerospace & Drone ecosystems - Opportunity to build strong industry connections and event marketing expertise - Fast-growing organization with high visibility across India
