Location - Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi, Kolkata, Pune, Bhubaneshwar, Hyderabad, Delhi, Ahmedabad

Qualification & Experience

- B.Arch (AutoCAD certification preferred)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in architecture and design
- Proficiency in English (Hindi is an advantage)
- Pre-sales experience with Principal Architects and Business Heads is considered an added advantage

Scope of Work

- Handle independent projects with ownership and accountability
- Create detailed design layouts and architectural drawings
- Prepare technical drawings, primary and secondary layouts
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, including mock-ups and renderings
- Support project execution with site visits and client interactions

Key Responsibilities

- Translate client requirements into practical architectural designs
- Apply space management techniques for effective layout planning
- Manage projects end-to-end, from concept through completion
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams until project closure
- Prepare high-quality drawings and presentations to support proposals

Functional / Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- Lumion (for rendering)
- Understanding of landscape architecture principles

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to client needs
- Active listening and problem-solving during client interactions
- Ability to provide innovative design solutions with attention to detail
