Dft Engineer – Pmbist

You’ll work on complex SoCs, shape test strategy, and solve the kind of debug challenges that actually stretch you. What you’ll handle - PMBIST Or Programmable Memory Built-In Self-Test design, integration, and verification - Test planning, constraints, and DFT sign-off - Debugging MBIST flows and improving coverage - Cross-team collaboration with design, PD, and verification What we’re looking for - 7+ years in DFT with strong PMBIST depth - Solid command of BIST architectures, fault models, and RTL flows - Experience with Tessent / DFTMAX / Modus - Strong scripting and a sharp debugging mindset Why this role stands out Remote freedom, high ownership, and the chance to shape test quality on real, high-volume silicon.
