Job Description Job Title: Performance Marketer (Paid Ads & Affiliate Marketing) Experience: 25 Years Location: Nagpur CTC: Up to 6 LPA (Based on experience & performance) Job Summary We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Paid Advertising and Affiliate Marketing. The role involves driving scalable growth through paid campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and performance-driven strategies with a clear focus on ROI and conversions. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms. Build, manage, and scale Affiliate Marketing programs to drive incremental revenue and leads. Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and influencers. Track affiliate performance, payouts, and ROI using affiliate dashboards/tools. Monitor daily ad spends and affiliate costs to ensure profitability. Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and affiliate funnels. Optimize audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies. Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and affiliate assets. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports covering paid ads + affiliate channels. Ensure compliance with ad platform and affiliate policies. Required Skills & Qualifications 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Paid Ads + Affiliate Marketing) Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and affiliate networks Experience in managing affiliate partners, commissions, and tracking links Solid understanding of analytics, pixels, conversion tracking, and dashboards Strong data analysis and optimization skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with affiliate platforms or networks (in-house or third-party) Knowledge of funnel optimization and landing page performance
