Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop and execute test cases that include both functionality and regression testing scenarios. - Identify the test scenarios based on the understanding of systems, interfaces, and applications. - Prepare Test summary Report and share the same for review/ Review the test results/test reports submitted by the test analyst. - Solve complex test automation problems and promote the reuse of automated test code. - Monitor appropriate server monitoring counters (eg CPU utilization, memory utilization, etc). - Contribute towards the improvement of test standards and methodology across all test areas to ensure the stability of the applications and eliminate possible/ repeated issues. - Follow black box, White box, and grey box testing methodologies. - Optimize regression-testing suites for multiple applications using the most appropriate Manual and Automation Test strategies. - Understand system components, how they interact with one another, and perform different types of testing, including functional, system, regression, and acceptance testing. - Assist QA Manager/Lead-in in preparing all status reports, test plans, test cases, and other documentation related to QA. - Execute the test cases in all the environments i.e. - devices, browsers. Must have Skills: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing. - Strong knowledge of test case creation and execution. - Proven ability to work on end-to-end testing cycles in an agile environment. - Good understanding of defect lifecycle management and QA methodologies.
