Job Summary The Office Boy Office Associate is responsible for supporting daily office operations and maintaining cleanliness hospitality and smooth workflow in the office The role involves assisting staff with administrative tasks handling refreshments and ensuring the workplace remains organized and presentable at all times Key Responsibilities 1 Office Maintenance Cleanliness Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises including workstations meeting rooms pantry and washrooms Ensure office areas are well-organized and free from clutter Dispose of waste and manage dustbins regularly 2 Hospitality Guest Handling Serve tea coffee water and refreshments to staff and visitors Ensure meeting rooms are prepared before meetings with required arrangements Assist in setting up refreshments or snacks during meetings or company events 3 Administrative Support Assist in photocopying scanning filing and delivering documents within the office Support staff in basic errands such as courier handling banking work or office supply collection Manage inward and outward courier logistics and maintain records Assist the Admin and HR department in issuing uniforms and maintaining uniform records 4 Office Supplies Inventory Monitor and replenish pantry and stationery items as required Inform the Admin HR department when supplies need to be restocked 5 Other General Duties Support in shifting or moving office materials or furniture when needed Run official errands responsibly and maintain confidentiality Assist in simple administrative or operational support tasks assigned by supervisors Qualifications Skills Minimum education 10th 12th Pass Basic understanding of office work and hygiene standards Polite disciplined and punctual Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under supervision Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Pay 14 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
