Job Description

Reckitt is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to join as Graduate Apprenticeship Trainees in Production at its manufacturing site in Hosur. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in production operations, enabling candidates to build a strong foundation in the FMCG manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Monitor production line performance and support troubleshooting under guidance.
- Prepare and maintain production-related documentation and reports.
- Participate in process improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Work closely with the production and engineering teams to achieve output targets.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization (Candidates with a background in Chemical Engineering will be given preference)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic presentation tools.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
