Job Description 1 Position Overview You will be responsible for Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities - Organize and maintain inventory and storage area .Communicate job expectations - Interface to answer questions or solve problems - Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize. 2 Key Responsibilities - Ensure 5S standard of warehouse. - Reconciliation of Field Service Engineer Spares. - Internal audit of warranty spares with Customer. - Fresh Spares dispatch to Engineer based on calls registered and monthly plans. - Monitoring of courier cost for their delivery performance. - Replenishment of Engineer spares at state office - Follow up for repairable defective to be returned back from field. - Processing of all supplier invoices, gate pass, QC Note &QC MRN. - Scrap disposal in Co-ordination with finance every six months. 3 Qualifications And Requirements Graduate with Minimum 8-10 years experience preferably with any manufacturing Company or 3PL Service provider. 4 Salary Range: Up to 5.5 LPA (Negotiable as per experience) 5 Competency Requirements - Decision making. - Negotiation. - Time management. - Data analysis. - Communication. - Budget management. - Monitoring & Reconciliation. Essential Attributes Possesses good subject knowledge. Demonstrates strong negotiation skills. Proactive self-initiator. Agile and adaptable in various situations. Capable of delivering independently. Qualifications Graduate with Minimum 8-10 years experience preferably with any manufacturing Company or 3PL Service provider. Must have skills - 1. Decision making - 2. Negotiation. - Reconcillation - SCM skills - audit Good to have skills - Budget management - Capable of delivering independently.
