Maintenance Electrician

Electrician role and responsibilities Attend breakdowns identify fault and problem solve with minimal downtime Carry out diagnosis of faults the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe timely and professional manner Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage Report breakdown root causes equipment faults and concerns to management Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations Ensure company targets are met in respect of quality of products Assist in the development of preventative maintenance PM schedules Carry out PM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required and provide feedback to develop the system Assist with the moving installation repositioning of machines and equipment Log completion of work on all required maintenance reports and checklist Qualifications and experience ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering 1-2 years of experience as Electrician Excellent technical knowledge of Control Panel DG Electrical wiring Very good knowledge of both Mechanical and electrical Experience in food industry will be added advantage Daily activities of the Technician Daily inspections of equipment for potential issues checking of leaks wear tear Attend breakdown of the daily issues with minimal time Maintaining all the tools and equipment Adjusting equipment setting and record the settings Improvement in the factory infrastructure including plumbing civil as per the requirements Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
