About Dream Opportunity Dream Opportunity is not just a job but a purpose We are a global nonprofit organization that empowers underprivileged and low-income students to access corporate and high-income careers By partnering with leading companies students are introduced to career paths they may not have known existed participate in professional development workshops with corporate employees and gain access to internships and entry-level opportunities Our partners include J P Morgan Chase Amazon Blackstone AT T Kellogg s Warner Bros Discovery CNN HBO Cartoon Network DC Comics Yahoo Ernst Young Informa Versace and more QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 10 years of professional project management experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate across diverse teams and departments Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership including providing insightful reports to the CEO Experience with project management tools such as Monday com or similar platforms is preferred Bachelor s degree or higher in project management business administration or a related field RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Event Reporting and Analysis Submit Next Business Day Event Reports in a dedicated Slack channel no spreadsheets links or surveys that are hard to access Collect and present the following data Student survey data percentages Quantity metrics Students who attended the event Students who completed surveys Employees present at the event Employees who completed surveys Panels covered e g Career Exposure Back-end team ratings for each Global Speaker GS 2 Project Management Quality Assurance PMQA Establish timelines and deadlines to ensure efficient project execution Collaborate with department leaders to track progress and ensure smooth operations Conduct quality assurance to confirm projects meet the required standards before presenting them to the CEO Ensure all departments adhere to internal controls maintaining consistency and regulated workflows 3 CEO Weekly Report and Communication Provide the CEO with a concise weekly report summarizing key department updates including strengths and areas for improvement Submit the report every Wednesday via Slack or review it during a meeting with the CEO depending on availability 4 Management Meetings Host weekly management meetings to ensure alignment across departments Send the agenda 1 business day before each meeting Remind participants what they need to bring Present relevant updates from management chat discussions for problem-solving Additional Responsibilities Project Prioritization Assess and prioritize projects based on Dream Opportunity s objectives and the CEO s directives ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational goals Cross-Departmental Coordination Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments ensuring all teams are aligned on key project goals and initiatives Change Management Support the CEO in managing organizational changes related to project implementation ensuring a smooth transition for teams and maintaining the integrity of Dream Opportunity s initiatives Innovation and Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions that align with Dream Opportunity s mission for growth and impact
