Jouw Rol Als Verpleegkundig Specialist/Physician Assistant bij Zorgwaard werk je zelfstandig als regiebehandelaar: je onderzoekt, stelt diagnoses en bepaalt de juiste behandeling. In jouw werk combineer je medische kennis met persoonlijke aandacht. Je ziet de mens achter de zorgvraag en maakt keuzes die passen bij wat iemand echt nodig heeft. Je werkt nauw samen met specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, fysiotherapeuten, maatschappelijk werkers en andere zorgprofessionals. Jij verbindt disciplines, neemt initiatief en zorgt dat iedereen betrokken blijft. Waar nodig neem je de leiding en geef je richting aan het behandelproces. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het verbeteren van de zorg. Je ontwikkelt zorgpaden, denkt mee over nieuwe werkwijzen en draagt bij aan innovaties die de kwaliteit verhogen.
