Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for creating the technical vision and architectural blueprint for USS applications during the discovery phase, with a focus on consolidating environments and optimizing resources for a unified team structure

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical workshops to understand current systems and integration needs.
- Develop high-level architecture of existing system and document the integration strategies.
- Assess existing infrastructure and recommend optimizations strategies.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to detail out the current application components and integration.

Skills & Experience

- 8+ years as an architect with hands-on development experience.
- Good to have -understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Mandatory Competencies

Middleware - Integration Middleware - Informatica

Middleware - API Middleware - API (SOAP, REST)

Programming Language - Salesforce - SAAS CRM
