Associate Tax DDLocation Noida MumbaiExperience 1 or 2 yrs post qualificationBudget Max 12 LPA We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chartered Accountant CA with 1-2years of experience The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both Direct andIndirect Taxation along with a Basic understanding of due diligence processes Responsibilities 1 Conduct thorough research and analysis on tax laws regulations and rulingsrelated to both Direct and Indirect Taxes 2 Working knowledge related to GST TDS Income tax 3 Perform due diligence reviews on tax matters direct tax Indirect tax related tomergers and acquisitions investments and other business transactions 4 Working knowledge of labour compliance like EPF ESIC PT LWF5 Working on MS Power Point MS Excel with advance formulae like V- Lookup Pivot Table H-Lookup Sumifs count if etc6 Prepare and review tax-related documentation and reports ensuring accuracyand compliance with regulatory requirements 7 Collaborate with internal teams including legal finance and operations toaddress tax-related issues and provide timely solutions 8 Stay updated on changes in applicable tax laws regulations 9 Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication professionalism and delivering high-quality service Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field or CA dropout 2 Chartered Accountant CA qualification is required with minimum 1-2 years ofrelevant experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation preferably in a consulting oradvisory role 3 Strong understanding of tax laws regulations and compliance requirements 4 Excellent analytical problem-solving and research skills 5 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 6 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 7 Proficiency in MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint 8 Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work 9 Willingness to adapt to changes in tax laws and regulations and continuouslylearn and grow in the field of taxation Expertia AI Technologies
