1 Adheres to policy on proper dress code and Universal Precautions PPE always 2 Keeps the waiting areas neat and clean 3 Maintenance of sample transportation bag and well stocked with consumables 4 Records and maintains daily monitoring checklist and submit for verification 5 Check and verify the prescription name age gender customer name while receiving the sample 6 Always enter date name time specimen type in sample receiving log 7 To be responsible for on time report delivery and pending report follow up and update it in register 8 Communicate to Incharges related to customer queries and request 9 Update and maintain consumable distribution list issued to customer 10 Responsible for issuing receipt while receiving payment from customer and handover it to accounts department 11 Dispatching of monthly invoice to customer 12 Timely dispatch and receiving of materials and specimens from transports and branches 13 Appropriately stores and prepares specimens for transportation in accordance with established guidelines 14 Enforces and follows all laboratory safety rules and reports any possible hazards to the Incharges 15 Shares appropriate communication with Incharge involving different type of specimen receiving 16 Responds to changes in work schedules as necessary or as requested to work a different work shift when workload and or other conditions 17 Maintain confidentiality of patient information and should not solicit nor accept tips gifts or other courtesies from patients or their relatives Ensure that samples are properly packed and transported to department with proper cold chain Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have two wheeler and valid License Insurance RC Location Kangayam Tamil Nadu Preferred Work Location In person
