1 Sales Strategy and Execution - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges - Set and monitor sales goals for the team and individual sales representatives - Ensure effective execution of sales plans and promotional activities 2 Team Management - Recruit train and manage a team of sales representatives - Provide coaching mentoring and performance feedback to the sales team - Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment 3 Customer Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with key customers including distributors retailers and on-premises accounts - Identify and develop new business opportunities - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 4 Distribution and Merchandising - Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective distribution of products - Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability - Ensure effective merchandising and point-of-sale execution in retail and on-premises accounts - Work with marketing to properly execute brand strategies at retail 5 Market Analysis and Reporting - Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitor activities and market trends - Prepared and presented sales reports and forecasts to senior management - Monitor and report sales performance market share and key performance indicators KPIs - Manage budgets and expenses 6 Compliance - Ensure all sales activities comply with local state and federal alcohol regulations JOB REQUIREMENTS-QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor s master s degree in business administration marketing or a related field - 5 years of experience in sales management within the liquor industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to travel within the assigned territory ref updazz com
