The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing positions. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships, handling niche technical roles, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing, managing the complete hiring cycle effectively. 2. Proven experience in handling niche and technical roles across various domains. 4. Ability to create a positive and inspiring team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration. 5. Excellent at building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination and satisfaction. 6.
