Your Role:

- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP CRM functionalities.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design end-to-end CRM solutions.
- Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI) and third-party systems.

Your Profile:

- Overall work experience of 6 to 12+ in IT, must have relevant 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Experience with CRM Web UI, middleware configuration, and data replication.
- Familiarity with integration to SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
