Job Description Job Title: Accountant BFSI Industry Location: Rajendra Place, New Delhi Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Experience Required: 23 years About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. - Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently. - Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. - Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation. - Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. - Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. Required Skills & Qualifications :- - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred). - 23 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the BFSI sector. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems. - Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
